My experience with Cliniqon has been excellent, especially because of their communication. As a Director of Patient Care Services, I appreciate how responsive, approachable, and receptive to feedback their team is. Their conference meetings bring together multiple disciplines, giving me the opportunity to ask questions and receive clear, helpful answers. They provided tremendous support in helping our agency pass our survey and have continued assisting afterward with follow-up and plans of care. Compared with our previous provider, where reaching someone by phone was difficult and communication was limited to email, Cliniqon has made a significant difference. Time zone differences occasionally affect response times, but overall, their communication and support have been far better than other services I have used. Their staff is also kind, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would confidently recommend Cliniqon to other home health agencies.
