I chose the Clinical Skills Institute online Medical Assistant program because I needed something flexible enough to fit around my busy schedule. The self-paced format allowed me to complete the coursework whenever I had time without feeling rushed. The lessons were organized, detailed, and easy to understand, even though I did not have extensive healthcare experience before enrolling. I also appreciated the NHA CCMA practice exams because they helped me identify the areas I needed to review before taking the certification exam. I had to leave college when I was younger because I could no longer attend and I found myself going from job to job with very little opportunity to get out of really tough jobs in a state where the federal minimum wage is still $7.25. Clinical Skills Institute has provided me with the opportunity to break out of that and once I get certified I’ll qualify for other types of jobs. Thank you Clinical Skills Institute.

I've been happy with Clinical Skills Institute and how they're always improving the program. I really appreciate that they added downloadable PDFs for each chapter. It made studying much easier. I also like that CSI includes six NHA practice exams and covers the NHA CCMA exam fee, which adds a lot of value. My only suggestion would be to add short videos for each chapter to help reinforce the material. I haven't reached the externship yet, so I can't comment on that part, but I'll update my review once I do. Overall, I've had a positive experience and would recommend CSI to anyone preparing for the NHA CCMA exam.

Great price and payment plan. Trade school made affordable. I'm very impressed. Please don't charge more years later because I want to take another trade soon.
