I purchased one of their “Air Conditioners”. It’s just a fan. Filed for a refund. They declined saying it is a sale item and cannot be refunded, even though they plaster 60 day money back guarantee all of the advertising. I kept referencing that in the emails and they just blocked my email. I reported to BBB and awaiting response.

ordered the the wrong plug as i didnt see the drop down box,came with US plug and 110v so i asked to return it,no probs at this point..33 pound to send it back,so now im 155,down when i enquired about refund how long it was taking,was told it was an end of line offer so no refund,but they are still selling on website and the cheeky beggers still send me discount codes,this is a scam,dont buy,and let others know..

Ordered one of their Portable Air Conditioner Split Max, specifed 220v and AUS plug. They sent a U.S model instead; 110v and US plug - so completely useless. Upon further investigation of the unit, I quickly discovered that it was NOT an air conditioner, but a heater, so not only useless, but also a scam,

This company and their product is a complete sham. I received it and immediately noticed it was nothing like the ad pictures. It is barely 15” long and light plastic material. The “cool” fan can barely be felt and would definitely NOT cool a room of any size. When I tried to return, Over and over, kept telling me it was a final sale and no return was available even though the ad promised a 60 day no risk trial. From ad to product, a sham.

I ordered the portable air condition On receipt I found it to be not working When I asked for a refund the company emailed me there is no refund. Please do not buy

The item did not work. It was not as described. They also charge me for a few other items that I did not purchase or did not want now they tell me that my order was final but yet I also put on there an extended warranty. This is fraudulent company. They’re ripping people off. They need to be stopped. They’re being very horrible about it. They won’t work with somebody. They won’t even ask you what’s wrong with it they’re just saying no you ain’t getting your money back. You can’t speak to nobody. They just email the same thing. Do not buy this product they should be in prison

My husband and I are both disabled, the house we live in has no AC. I purchased 2 Climafy Units, it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. As soon as they arrived, I plugged them in “NOTHING”! I let them run for about an hour still nothing. The air was barely coming out and it was warm air not cold or even cool. My husband emailed Climafy and they wrote back and said “we’re sorry, but “all sales are final” we sent them a screenshot of their advertisement where it said “ 60-day money back guarantee full refund, if not satisfied. They wrote back still refusing us a refund! I used my last $300 (that I didn’t have, it was my grocery money) Climafy is a rip off, a fraud and scammers!! Their products don’t even work!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CLIMAFY!!!!!!! Now we’re without food and still burning up from this summer heat!!!! I didn’t even want to give them 1 star, but that was the only way I could leave my review!!! They should be ashamed and they need to be investigated and shut down!!!!!!!! 100% DISSATISFIED!!!😡 Climafy needs to give me my money back (FULL REFUND) or send me two new units that ACTUALLY WORK!!!!
