The worst scammed. Stay away

Absolute SCAM. No return allowed. I should have known better. In the dumpster😐

I am so upset! I just received a portable AC from you which is faulty, not working and I was told that the sale is final!? That you will not honor your product and allow me to return it and get a refund!? That is terrible business! How can you do this!? Honor your product and your clients! So what’s right and refund me! My order was # 37520

This place is a ripoff. I ordered an AC. They sent me a heater. The heater couldn't warm up a closet. I returned the heater and asked for a refund, they refused. I asked to send me the AC that I ordered in the first place. They refused. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

On their site, It is said one year money back guarantee! wrong, they are a scam, they said, After reviewing your order, we found that the product is part of our final sale. These items are not eligible for return or refund. I emailed them the very next day after receiving the product, nothing is said on the site on this, and besides the heater does work, the AC does not work. It is JUNK.

This appears to be a scam. Product received was different from what was advertised. Very small and gives less cool air than a portable battery-operated fan. Very different from the picture. They claim to offer a 60 day money back guarantee if not satisfied, but it is not honoured.

Unit sold as air conditioning, cools room in short time. Ripped off no cooling capability at all, just a cheap fan with an energy sapping heater element. Stay clear of these products.

Total SCAM and they do not honour the 60day money back guarantee, it's All a joke ! It doesn't even cost €16 to produce and this gas been verified by a manufacturer of similar items in China. Please do Not purchase items from this Website or this product ( Climafy )
