CLIMAFYReviews of climafypro.com

I would give zero if I could. This is a scam. Please do not buy from this site. The so called air con units are small and filmsy. They ARE NOT air con units. They are heaters with a very mild low cold setting. It is not even at the same intensity as a fan. Please DO NOT get ripped off like I did. The returns process is a joke. They make it very difficult, it's impossible to return so you lose your money. I am also convinced that the "positive reviews" are fake.

I purchased a portable AC/heating unit from Climafy and it was a complete disappointment. The unit did not cool the room at all—not even a bit. It blew air, but it might as well have been a regular fan. For the price, I expected at least some basic cooling, but it didn’t deliver. To make matters worse, their return policy is a nightmare. They make the process difficult, offer no real support, and leave you stuck with a product that doesn’t work as advertised. Avoid this company—poor product, poor customer service, and zero accountability.

Its an absolute scam, took 2 weeks to arrive, its different from video, 1pound worth fan from poundland does the same, returns needs to be sent to china on your own expenses, absolute scam, avoid this product

Scam ! Do not buy. My regular electric fan is cooler than this piece of junk. The money back guarantee, no questions, no hassles on website is BULLSHIT. They are liars and scammers !!!

If I could give a zero I would! This is a heater! This is not the ac that is advertised. And don’t believe you can get your money back too complicated. Lesson learned

This is Not a portable air conditioning unit. I bought this for my daughter as we do have air conditioning and thought it would be a good idea. This item is a cheaply made fan NOT air conditioning it does have a heater. We turned this item on and it did NOT cool anything down. DO NOT waste your money and buy this we are trying to return it. If you inform your bank or credit card company they should refund you. I sent the bank a video of the product with the box in the video that claims to be a portable air conditioning unit and a copy of their website which also claims its a portable air conditioning unit and I have been refunded.

I came across Climafy’s "air conditioner" (Facebook) and, despite the too-good-to-be-true feeling, decided to give it a shot after seeing decent reviews on Trustpilot. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the promise. What arrived was not an air conditioner at all, but a very basic ceramic heater shipped directly from China. The included manual doesn’t even mention cooling—it only refers to heating functions. There’s no compressor, no refrigerant system—nothing resembling how actual AC units work. It feels extremely misleading to advertise a heater as an air conditioner, especially when the product is so cheaply made. I’ve now initiated the 60-day return process they claim to offer. We'll see how that turns out—I’ll update this review depending on how smoothly the return goes. Just be cautious if you're considering this purchase. It’s not what it claims to be.

This is a total scam! It's not an american company, but chinese. the product they sent is not an airconditioning unit, but a very cheap plastic box with a heating element. The included manual clearly states that it is a heater. Mine didn't even work on arrival. When contacting them, I first needed to send them a video... ?? Then they "approved" that I could return it to them, to be sent via registered mail to China. And I needed to declare false statements on a customs document. And extra excuses on reasons why in the end they may still not be able to give me a refund. Bottom line: I was supposed to make extra high costs only to maybe (and I presume not at all) receive a refund. Looking at all the other 1-star reviews here: this is a fraudulent company and all the other positieve reviews are fakes
