The unit I bought was advertised as an air conditioner and heater. It’s just a heater and to send it back to China costs over 1/2 the price of the purchase False ad message = fraud Stay away Stay away

Total Drop ship scam it doesn’t work and you have to pay shipping back to china if you want your money back. That’s more than the cost of the unit so you have to pay twice. Then I’m sure they sell it again !!SCAM

If you need to return for credit, if you’re not happy with the unit, which we are not, they require that you send it back to China they do not have an office in the United States as they claim

I just received my order 16998 today I’m very upset all it is a glorified fan an heater.I ordered what was advertised as an air conditioner.I would like a refund!!! Received it July 29th.

This product is a scam.. after receiving the air conditioning unit it does not emit even a hint of cooler than ambient air. Even the electrical diagram shows nothing more than a heating element and a fan. The heater works, but the unit is advertised as a "cooling" unit. Do not buy, this product is only worth $20 as a heating element.. complete skam.

Buyer beware!!! This is NOT an air conditioner, it is a fan with a heat setting. The return process is a JOKE, so the customer satisfaction guarantee is also worthless. It would cost 2X the price of the unit to ship back to China.

zero stars…when I wrote asking them to refund money for misleading advertising, (its a fan heater with no cooling coil, provides no air-conditioning) they asked me to send a video of the fan as if a video would show whether the fan blows cold or hot air. It coats 250 CAD and does less than a 25.00 fan. This company doesn’t have a website or an address. Facebook should not let them advertise…all the positive reviews on this site must have been written by company employees or people who were shipped something else. What I received is a nice looking small fan heater…not a cooling unit. I notice the positive reviews repeat…

This is scam. Offered as an AC unit but works as a fan. I paid around $160, reached them several times for a refund, they said They don't pay to return it. I went to the post office and I was supposed to pay almost $80 for shipping. I decided not to send it back because of that. Don't trust this product. Don't waste your money.
