This product does not work and it’s impossible to get your money back You have to send the air conditioners back to china in your dime. No reimbursement. You continue to contact them about your refund with excuses. Meanwhile we are awaiting for the reimbursement, which we told them from the beginning to place back in card; we got three more air conditioners that we didn’t request and we were charged another 299.00. We are awaiting the reimbursement monies of over 400.00 in order to send these air conditioners that we didn’t requested back to china. I can’t believe that Amazon is selling these products!!! Claims is a scam don’t buy!!!

It’s waste of money. The remote control didn’t work and there are no buttons to adjust the temperature on the main unit. I’ve emailed the customer service for a replacement remote control and they didn’t even respond. Without the remote control you can’t adjust the temperature so it’s no good use to me as I can’t operate the machine

This item is horrible and the vendor will not rely to my email. I could a better item at Temu or wish. Don't buy this item. I'm out $190.

This product has very little fan speed and zero cooling effect. Waist of money and the company will not back this product.

Do not waste your money. This product is total crap and it’s a hassle to return. Junk. Cheap. Garbage. Misleading. Basura. Corriente.

We purchased an air conditioner from their website, the product is cheap, does not work as advertised and no better than a portable battery operated fan. The hassle free return is just as bad, we were hassled the entire process, requiring videos and picture. I would highly discourage anyone buying this at all.

Received unit 2 ton3 weeks after ordering and it showed up cracked with parts rattling and a hole in back.....filed claim through Amazon and crickets, sent email to climafy and bounced. Then I read a disclaimer on one of their many ads stating it was to cool air, which is why Me and other bought.....this is a scam!

So i ordered this ridiculously overpriced desk fan in a plastic fake ac case expecting it to work as described or at least close. I got the box and was immediately underwhelmed as the box is tiny, and the unit showed in the pictures in comparison to a person seemed a reasonable size to keep a room cool. I got the less than a lb unit out of the box and plugged it into the wall (close to the floor as the cable is literally a foot long.) once i got it turned on, it was set to 22 celcius (dead giveaway they are outsourcing their products from China… well, that and the huge MADE IN CHINA on the side of it lol) and it would not change, except between heat or cool. After writing them about it and wanting my money back they have just been waiting me out obviously, every time i write and ask for an update they ask me for picture and video proof, i send it, they respond the same when i end up contacting them again… 2 weeks worth now. The company is most likely just a con front company for chinese producers or something along the lines, and they dont care about honest product description or the customer at all otherwise none of the stuff in all of these bad reviews would have happened in the first place. Guarantee i get a reply on this saying how much they want to help, but also guarantee they will never resolve the problem. I will continue to update this as the shenanigans continue.
