I never, ever give one-star reviews -- but this one fully deserves it. Run the other way. I was skeptical but broke all my personal rules by buying this on impulse from the company without checking it out. As everyone says, it's a glorified fan -- even when set to the lowest temperature setting, 16 degrees Celsius, the thing blows lukewarm air. There is zero cooling ability. It's a fraud. Also, when I sought a refund, I was told that despite the public "60 day guarantee," this was a "final sale" (?) and thus not eligible. Another fraud. (Fortunately, I bought with Amex and was able to get a refund that way.) This is, pure and simple, a ripoff. Too good to be true, and is.

not as advertised, not an ac unit, terrible fan if that, smells like cheap plastic when blowing, could imagine this setting my house on fire so cheaply made. after risk free, guarantees for full refund, when requested they stated it was marked final sale, which it wasn't, and will not allow return.

Just a heater , No Air Conditioner , Just Circulates the air in the room , Can not get the customer service email to work ,nor did the infro address , JUNK I can't Eat ..Trying To get Refund ...No Luck ..

This is a SCAM !!! Nothing more than a junk fan . Totally false advertising and impossible to return .

Terrible excuse for an air conditioning unit, piece of junk I bought 4 of these units, tried to send them back however this scam company says they are not eligible for return. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.

Received unit and does nothing but blowing hot air. unit gets so hot there is no way I would hang this on my wall. I'm afraid it will start a fire. Been fighting with them for almost a month now and now the tell me all sales are final. How can they even sell this product. I am disputing the charge on my credit card. Hope this help anyone from buying this or anything from them.

This pathetic excuse for an Air Conditioner is worse than a typical window fan. Falsely advertised as a portable air conditioner at $171.00 it arrived in a tiny box and was made of plastic. It blows hot air and when I called with my concerns i eas told sorry final sale. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Garbage this Climafy product is total scam. Its barely a fan let alone an air conditioner. Total rip off. They BS on their return policy. Ill be reporting this product to the Feds for further investigation. Beware you been warned.
