Peace of crap. DO NOT BUY! You will be disappointed. It does not cool, only lil crappy fan. It’s crazy how they can get by for so long selling this junk. NOT WORTH IT. It has more 1 star than 5 star reviews. That says a lot. RIP OFF!

Product is not as advertised and I tried to send it back under return policy but was told it didn't qualify for return. Definitely a scam

If I could give ZERO Stars, I would! This is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! It took so long to get the products, and I ordered two different times, which should have been two different order numbers, but it wasn't. Then when they didn't work, and I wanted to return the 4 units + 2 units, I was told I needed to take a picture "why it didn't work" (it in no way cooled at all), then when I followed up on how was I supposed to do that, they followed up with "oh, so sorry, your items were a Final Sale Item, and non-refundable". The 4 units were for my 96-year old mother that paid for them, which she is now out hundreds of dollars for something that is completely inferior. This company is a complete SCAM, and I would caution on doing business with them. The other people that give them high marks, I would bet that they are planted "good reviews"! It is so said that there are people in the world that have a zero moral compass.

Total BS!!! I ordered one. Hooked it up and all it does is push out room temperature air. It doesn’t cool AT ALL!! When I asked to return it, they said it’s final sale. Wouldn’t exchange or return. How can they send out a no return item that doesn’t even work??? They may as well have sent the empty box!!

If I could rate this a zero I would. Does not cool the air just fans it around. Their 60 day money back guarantee is also not honored as advertised either. If you purchase this product don't plan on getting any kid of refund or customer service after the fact.

The AC unit that I purchased from Climafy is a fake product. It does not produce cold air at all. I contacted the company to return the product and was told I would have to pay shipping fees (which equate to almost more than the product costs) and they may not take the return anyway. What is more frustrating is that their website is full of fake reviews about how well the product works. They know they are selling a fake product that you cannot return because of the shipping costs. This company is a total scam. Do not purchase from them!

Avoid the company at all cost! The product was damaged when I received it and it didn't work as advertised. I bought it because of the cooling but it was only a fan and no cooling at all. When I contacted customer service for a refund they all of a sudden said it was a final sale and no refund was allowed. No where did I see it was a final sale because I would not have bought it!! This is NOT worth your time.

Be aware. This product do not work. Its a scam. I ordered one unit and its giving hot air only. The company refuse to take it back, claiming its was on sale, which is not true. Please don’t buy this product
