CLIMAFYReviews of climafypro.com

The unit is completely mis-advertised as an air conditioner. It is under no circumstance, any type of an air conditioner. It is a heater for the wall with a very short cord that has the ability to blow air not cool air! When I brought this up with the company they illustrated the fact that it was a final sale purchase.

A worthless piece of junk. It does not cool at all and they refuse to give a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

It is not an AC it is a fan. And although it states clearly there is a 60 day money back guarantee on the website , they do not honor it and don’t care. Feels like a toy plastic fan it is absolutely terrible and it’s a scam!

Scam! Run away. I order 3 units after 3-5 minutes I try to cancel - refuse for refund . I ask chat gpt about it , it’s a fan and many peoples not satisfied and cannot take there money back. Do not buy this product , I’m in dispute with pay pal , very hard time .

I bought their Portable AC unit. It is NOT an AC unit - it is an overpriced FAN! When I contacted the company for a refund becuase this was NOt as described they gave me the run around and refused to refund my money.

I ordered what was advertised as a portable 12,000 BTU air conditioner, but received a small desktop fan/heater instead. The product is nothing like what is shown on their website. When I asked for a refund, the company refused to cover return postage and insisted I send it back at my own cost to China/Canada. This is clear false advertising and a scam. Avoid this company – they do not deliver what they advertise and make it very difficult for customers to get their money back.

I wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy. It’s a complete scam the temperature in a room is no different. Very poor product and they refused to refund me

Are negative stars a thing? This product is marketed as an "air conditioner" with cooling properties. This is false!!!!! There are no cooling qualities. it is a heater with a fan function. Also it is very cheaply made. We bought our units (plural) directly from Climafy and they are HORRIBLE to deal with. I briefly unpacked one of the units and realized right away that we had been snowed. I packed it back perfectly and completely. The other unit hasn't even been opened. They promise a "no hassle return". I followed their instructions and low and behold somehow this is a "final sale" and no return or refund is allowed. This is the biggest scam of a company I've ever dealt with. RUN from Climafy!!!!!!!!
