Blows out warm air doesn't cool or get cold at all. Requested a refund, was told it's a final sale.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This product is nothing more than a low speed fan. No cooling AC at all! I contacted customer service for a refund and they said the item was final sale and they will not refund my $. I have now turned this over to my credit card company and reported Climafy to the Better Business Bureau. I would not purchase from them at all!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! I wouldn't even give this product 1 star. It is not a ac unit. I only blows out hot air. It's like a small fan. I want a refund. They are telling me I unable to get one. But the website stated 60 day money back guarantee. No hassle. All they are doing is hassling me. This product does not worked like it was advertised.

I tried to cancel my order less than an hour after placing it. I was told I could not cancel because the order was already being fulfilled. I was told I could return the units once received for full refund. After receiving the units 2 weeks later, I tried to initiate a return. I was told at that point that my purchase was a “final sale” item and “not eligible for return, exchange or refund. I’ll admit I got taken this time. I should have reviewed this company and product further than I did. Incredibly dishonest business practices. And the product itself is very much less than advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company should be banned from doing business in the US. It is truly a Scam and I advise the public from doing business with them. After several interactions with them they made a cynical Policy Letters that hinders customer protection. Be aware of them!

Horrible customer service. Product arrived completely damaged…metal and plastic sticking out of the box broken in half. Customer service requested pictures and video, but then claimed the product has a not return policy. I could live with that if I received a product that wasn’t damaged before I even received. This company is a scam that refuses to stand behind their product.

This is not an air conditioner. Only hot air came out despite having on the cooling section. Then read the description saying blows cool breeze. Immediate contact with company who wanted pictures to prove it didn't work. Sent. Now they want to say my item was marked as final sale not eligible for return. No it wasn't. Very dissatisfied.

WARNING WARNING to customers. This product does not provide AC and is only as good as a cheap fan. Fradulant item and once purchased they will not allow you to return it. Total RIP OFF so please dont buy this product.
