I broke a pair of glasses I had from several years ago and loved them. I went on the Cliff Weil site and could not find the same pair. Frustrated I talked to their representative online and the next day she wrote she found the exact ones. I was delighted and ordered two pair and also another style I liked. I was surprised to receive my new glasses plus replacements for the pair that had broken! They go one step beyond for their customers!
