I joined Clients on Demand (COD) to learn sales because I couldn’t break the $500K ceiling. Within 2.5 weeks, I recovered my investment almost 3x. A few months later, I was part of their Millionaire Alliance (MA). Even now, I still find it surreal to see people crush the $100K/month target. So, I basically learned more than what I came in for—more than anyone can learn about building and scaling a business from the best MBA programs in the world. Along the way, I was supported by the most caring and world-class team that Russ has assembled. The key takeaway for me is being “at peace” with incessant trials and tribulations that a typical entrepreneur face everyday such as creating a product, optimizing a marketing funnel, setting up the technology, hiring and firing enrollment coaches, dealing with Facebook ad rejections, managing growth, overcoming debilitating indecision, dismantling self-limiting beliefs, brushing aside self-doubts and more. To me, you can’t put a price tag on it.

I've been helping clients manage their careers and find new jobs for many years, but since joining COD I've learned a whole new way to become known to people who can truly value the coaching and other services I provide. The investment in the program is large - both in terms of time and dollars. I'm a bit more than halfway through the program and have created a new private Facebook group that has attracted close to 150 members. I've reformulated the way I offer my services, eliminating low-ticket one-offs and focused on actually solving my clients' problem: getting a new, better job. COD is a major time suck. If you aren't prepared to put in the hours, save your money. But, I've found it to be more than worthwhile. I have a new perspective on myself and my business. I've signed on 4 new clients totally attributable to the methodology taught in this program, which in my case more than paid for the investment in the program. I'm still a "work in progress". I've yet to complete my webinar which is intended to be a major element of my sales funnel. I've yet to truly sharpen my email campaigns. And my copy coach, Rob, is holding my feet to the fire to produce highly focused materials that conform to the COD standards. It's challenging-- but worth it. I know that when I get it right it will only accelerate my success and allow me to impact more people. To be totally honest, there is a lot of "mindset" work in the program, a lot of "rah-rah" in the group coaching sessions that is a little too "touchy-feely" for me. But the results are what the results are: more higher paying clients, elevating the quality of the people I help. Numbers and results don't lie. For me, this is, so far, a great investment which I'm delighted I chose to make. Arnie Fertig
