COD changed my life forever! When I entered COD, I was trying to shoot in all directions, trying to make a living with full-time coaching. I knew I am good at what I do, I just couldn't create the structure and systems and habits to have the impact I wanted while making a decent living. COD not only helped me to do this - their mindset coaching has completely upgraded my levels of thinking, coaching, and approaching work to the next level. Russ Ruffino and team are the real deal. I started working with them in COD a year ago and in the year since, I have doubled my income, the amount of clients I've brought in and busted through blocks that had been preventing me from doing that for years. They truly run a transformative program and I don't think there's another program out there that can compare.

This is THE best training program I've undertaken in all my 25 years of post-university career. It's clear, detailed, and transformative. The support provided by the COD is unlike anything else - responsive and instructive - and the team actually care about you and your progress. Joining the COD program was the best decision I've ever made for my business. Not only did they teach me their amazing system for creating and marketing my group coaching program (which I didn't have before COD), they also provided me with continuous support around my mindset for every hurdle along the way. I never would have thought I'd be enrolling clients at $7K or $12K, but now I KNOW with such certainty that what I do with my clients saves and changes the trajectory of their lives and their relationships lives forever and I could have never gotten to that place of certainty (and therefore would have missed out on helping a lot of people who really need it) without COD. What an incredible program and teaching/mentorship team!
