I have never bought anything from them or taken any interest in their business, but they keep sending me emails like the one shown below. I regard this as an attempt at phishing, or at the very least as spam. "A few days ago, we let you know your old ClickMinded products were upgraded to ClickMinded Classic on our new platform. Just a nudge in case it got buried: everything you bought now lives at tools.clickminded.com, along with the new SOP Library. Enter this email address (post ed XXXXXX.dk) there and we'll send you a sign-in link. That's the whole process. This is the last note we'll send about it. And no rush: your access is tied to this email and isn't going anywhere. ClickMinded Team"

Same problem as the other customer already said. I also bought a full SOP Package a special offer for 39$. They then changed their business model to a subscription model and subsequently removed access to the SOP and course I purchased. I contacted their support and they didn't even bother replying. Never even got to use my purchase, so was a total waste of money. They deducated it last year and now again. Absolute FRAUD!

FRAUD. Deducted payment from my PayPal without authorisation. Website has no contact number to ring and complain. Total fraud site.

The course I bought in 2022 with Lifetime access has been removed.

I cancelled this a year or so ago. They just charged me again for $282. I logged back into my account and there was no billing information on file and no subscription under account.
