Thank you for the countless attempts from Sales agents Marcus and Dominic on the integration issues faced within my Whatsapp channel I believe. Surely I am pleased and will be making use of this tremendously in year 2020. The patience shown with me is really great,taken in the face I'm no technical minded person.

A true example of excellent customer…
A true example of excellent customer service! I would like to take his opportunity to thank Dominic Abrahams in his assistance with my enquiry, he not only fixed the issues I had on my account but explained what the issues were and how to correct these – this is important so I know what to look out for should I face these issues again. He listened and understood my ordeal, he gave me the assurance that he will do all he can to help fix my issue. He even stayed connected and waited patiently while I had to answer a call from my director and then fixed my issue in a very polite and professional manner. If you check my email and call records, I have been trying to get this to work for over a week, and just as I was about to give up and cancel/close my account Dominic came to save the day! 5 Star's to my customer service rep Dominic, but I am leaving 4 stars for Clickatell as I should have been given this level of care ad attention on day 1 of trying to setup my account as a new customer.

The system works fine and the people…
The system works fine and the people are great! Though there are still a lot of room for improvement. I said that because the quality and deliverability of our SMS can still be improved.. well I hope. Cheers, guys!
