Be very careful using Click2mail (frozen credit cards, data breach, late notification)
My credit card was frozen three times because of suspicious activity in the last 4 months. I couldn't understand why this kept happening and it has been a huge headache for my small business until I learned about Click2Mail's data breach. A buddy who works in IT security told me that, given the circumstances, Click2Mail was a likely source What makes this especially concerning is that Click2Mail itself says that names, addresses and credit card information were captured and that it believes an unauthorized actor captured keystroke data from online transactions. Even worse, Click2Mail says it confirmed unauthorized access on July 6, 2026, but my notification is dated September 15, 2026. That's more than two months during which I had no idea my payment information may have been compromised. There is an official breach notification published on Mass.gov. I strongly recommend reading it before giving this company your personal or credit card information. Tl;dr: After having my card frozen three times and finding out about the breach this late, I won't use Click2Mail again.
