First I did think this was a US company but it isn’t. The item come from China so shipping takes some time. I did receive emails with shipping information and that was updated regularly. I received the item today and it was not quite what I was expecting. The picture looks different than in person. The back part of the hat for sizing doesn’t stay clasped well. This is a gift with the name on it so I will still give but not the quality I thought it would be with the price that was paid.

Update: Order is enroute in the US. Placed order on August 25th. It is now September 13th and I have still not received my order. I believe it to still be in China. Had I been advised of the delay before ordering I would not have placed order.
