We just began our experience with Clerk over the last few weeks and it has been great. Their support staff has been incredible, they went above and beyond in helping us get set up. They have a perfect plan for a small business like ours, with other plan options for individuals and larger businesses as well. We are happy we made the transition to Clerk.

Clerk Chat is truly the missing piece of the puzzle with Teams! It makes Teams a complete communications solution, by adding the vitally important SMS texting functionality to the platform. In addition, Clerk Chat’s support is excellent. I needed help walking through the set-up process, and Muhammad was phenomenal! He was so responsive and patient, and a great communicator. What’s more is that he is deeply skilled in Microsoft Teams as well as Clerk Chat, so it makes for a great support experience. I received the exact assistance that I needed to resolve my problem, and we were up and running!

Clerk Chat has always given our company great customer service support. Today I received excellent support from Muhammad R. Thankfully he was able to bail me out of a continuous circle of frustration with Microsoft Team's "Support". Muhammad R took the time to listen, diagnose, and resolve in a matter of minutes. Outside from the Chat feature, they are masters of Microsoft Teams. As we initially transitioned to MS Teams, they were instrumental in making sure all phones and SMS were set up correctly saving us time and resources. Clerk has truly been a model of customer service and I highly recommend them!

I have been using them for about a year and have been thoroughly impressed. The integration with Teams is nice but what has exceeded my expectations is how open they are to new features and improvements. It has gotten better and better. It now only takes me a few moments to download my leads list and drop them into a new sms campaign.

If you reading this and not a customer, you are missing out. We use Clerk.Chat to help us with over 400 clients and their 2FA SMS messages. We have put this system to the test time and time again. The initial setup was painless, quick and solid. When I have a question or concern, the team from the leaders to the service desk were right there with me the whole time. We are now going put our complete reliance in them with moving our emergency broadcast system method for major system loss notifications. Highly Recommend!
