Not impressed.
When I originally ordered the three bottle set the confirmation had the incorrect shipping address, (My fault). I emailed the company and corrected the shipping address. I received the bottles about a week later. However, one of the bottles did not seal correctly and leaked around the cap. I contacted Support and they figured out that the problem was the incorrect cap. They agreed to send a replacement out at no cost but instead of sending it to the corrected address, they sent it to the incorrect address. After a few weeks when I had not received my replacement cap, I contacted Support again and they gave me the delivery date and address. It was the incorrect address that should have been changed. This was their error, however, they refused to send out a second replacement cap to the correct address free of charge. That being said, the bottles appeared to be pure copper as indicated and good quality with the exception of the bad cap I received on one of my bottles. My wife says the bottles make the water taste metallic and she will not drink the water from those bottles. I live in Arizona and we have notoriously bad water from the tap. We buy filtered water from a dispenser that tastes very good but when poured into the copper bottles, the water does not taste as good. Also, the free tumblers sent with the water bottles are ridiculously small. Maybe 8 ounces. Even my grandson calls them “oversized shot glasses”. Support may be good at times but is hit or miss. I’m second guessing me ordering the bottles.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for your patience while we sorted this out for you. We sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your initial replacement request. We have dispatched a new replacement lid to your correct address, and it is expected to arrive by Friday, October 16th. You can follow the shipment here: USPS Tracking: 92490902673388000009952614 Regarding the metallic taste, genuine pure copper naturally reacts with water to impart beneficial copper ions, which can subtly change the taste profile (especially with distilled or soft filtered water). We recommend washing the bottle thoroughly with a mix of lemon juice and warm water or baking soda before first use to help ground the natural flavor. Your experience matters a lot to us. Once you’ve received the lid and had a chance to test it out, we would be deeply grateful if you’d consider updating your review to reflect your experience. Best regards, Customer Support Team
