I placed an order on September 18th/2025 and this is ridiculous that it has not arrived by any other courier at this point it has taken 9 days with no accounting for any delays on their part and they never LIKE NEVER ANSWER ANY EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered from the website and the item doesn’t fit, tried to contact them using the email address and the portal but no response. They clearly just want to take your money but not provide the follow up service that they say they will on their website. Do not order from this company unless you want to get scammed

COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU AFTER CANCELING AND NOT LET YOU USE THE SERVICES THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR BECAUSE YOU CANCELED. THEY WONT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS EITHER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY ARE RUDE AF AND ARE JUST LOOKING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE. I USE APPS LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME AND THIS IS THE WORST OF THE WORST.

I ordered a few things online on Jan 1, 2025 and used the same delivery address as usual, Purolator failed to deliver the item to the correct address, failed to follow subsequent directions and instead returned the items to cleo. contacted cleo multiple times via email, only received the form going out of business letter, same response when calling the store, calling customer service resulted in a wait time of over 45 minutes and a disconnected call, cleo has the merchandise and my money and won’t provide a meaningful response or resolution. Do Not order online you won’t receive any help from cleo and purolator will likely mess up the delivery.

Knowing there was a very good chance of a postal strike they took my order and shipped with Canada post anyway, sure and behold they go on strike 2 days later now won't get my order till after Christmas. Will be my last order!

I m giving very bad review because I ordered 2 jackets from the cleo website. But they don’t want return, they didn’t write anything on website, they don’t return and give money back, I give advice please don’t buy anything from website they make fool people

I ordered a ladies extra small regular size sweater from their online store. It was anything but extra small. I measured across the chest of the sweater and it came in at 40 inches. The sweater fits a male figure. I contacted customer service and received a standard reply assigning a ticket number and that's it. None of their retail stores are convenient for return so I had to return by mail at an outrageous cost of 19.00. Buyer beware. Their sizing can not be trusted.
