The not what expected one in the add showed a person in…
The one in the add showed a person in the bag. These bags were very small not what I was expecting. I don’t like being shown something and then getting something different.

The advertising on FB stated that the product had a rose quartz roller. But it was simply white plastic.
The advertising on FB stated that the castor oil came with a rose quartz roller, and made it seem that this was a very positive feature of the whole roller. But in my package there is nothing that is rose quartz. The roller is simply a regular plastic roller. Even on the box it says that there is a rose quartz roller, but plain white plastic on the actual product. Why? Why advertise this so strongly, and then not deliver? I'm very disappointed. Also, when I ordered this product, I had no idea it would take so long to get to me: several weeks, when I had thought it would be in just a few business days.
