Your agent Delores Franklin was excellent explaining clearer than any agent I’ve heard before, the medical help I am Qualified for. She speaks clearly with perfect volume and not rushed. She is happy to repeat and makes sure you understand. This is exactly th kind of person you want working for your company.

I called your company for help and got help!
I called your company for help and got that help from Judy Bonham. She explained every thing and every question my wife and I had.... She processed our application and today our new Aetna policy will go into effect on the the 1st day of April as requested and needed.
