The young lady who worked with us was so very nice and patient with us! It took us almost the whole day to go thru all of our medications and doctors, but she didn't mind it one bit! She was so concerned to make sure she got everything from us, and that we were getting the best coverage! We highly recommend your company and the wonderful service we received from this young lady! What you don't know or understand about my experience regarding the over 65 Social Security Retirement vs Medicare A, B, C, D, Medicaid if you're eligible that is for Medicaid, journey is not only daunting but down right over the top confusing. I really had to step away from the beginning of this process because I experienced agents who did not know how to explain the benefits. Which means to me so were they confused.
