The agent was thorough in selecting the correct policy for my nees.

The agent listened to the need for additional benefits, was very patient, took his time to research available benefits and also provided advice on current benefits not being utlilized that I have access to, and can use before the end of the current coverage period. Additionally he provided information on past charges which should have been covered by my secondary insurance. The agent also ensured I was provided his contact information, I was more than pleased with the level of professionalism, courtesy and service provided by the agent. A very pleasurable experience to say the least.
