Brett was extremely helpful in completing the application. I tried to complete online but it kept saying missing fields without highlighting what the missing field was. He was on the phone with me for about an hour. Kudos to him.

It was easy to explain what we had before with a plan that was no longer available and with a help of a broker we found a similar plan also in a new place at that. Doctors, prescriptions, were confirmed, pharmaceutical found and dental and glasses allowances explained.
