Great communication outcome

the agent was knowledgeable in her field. she would look back to be sure that I had the best and affordable plan. I was giving her a jokingly hard time and she went right along with it as well as gave it right back. I am hard hearing so she slowed her speed of talking down so I understood her. she was a pleasure to work with.
