Your staff developed a program for me with a time frame. The starting date was Feb 4. The prescription part was not included because I have VA prescription benefits. I have spent literally hours on the phone with your staffs and now I’m told that the program application is being denied and can’t be renewed until October. Your company/program appears to be very negative and, at this point, gets nothing positive from me.

I was told the call would take just a few minutes and it took over 2 hours then nothing worked last night and I was on the phone this morning for over an hour and I still can not access my insurance. It is effective today I can't call the New Doctor because I have no information. I can not even view the policy or have my policy number. I am very disappointed I was was hesitant to go through the phone call but I did I hope that it was Nota mistake
