It didn’t take too long! The lady that processed my application was competent and courteous.

Lacita, the agent who helped me to select my plan was very thorough and patient with me. She gave me a lot of options available to me. That United Healthcare DID NOT tell me and neglected to let me know my privileges and options that were included in my plan for many years that I've been with them. Actually, it's my 2nd call to Aetna (Clearlink) that it was a good thing I got Lacita to help me to Decide to leave United. My 1st Clearlink call was not pleasant because the Male Agent DID NOT KNOW a lot about my concerns, Unlike Lacita at 72 years old Know more About the plans of Aetna than this guy.

My agent was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process , helping us load our meds and all the various data Medicare requires. We would wholeheartedly recommend Clearlink based on his performance.
