I followed the instructions to the letter and it has had 0 effect - waste of money - this product does not work at all. I have dark hair and pale skin so am the ideal candidate and have seen no difference after 5 sessions. Company offered me 40% refund - still waiting - save your money !

This is a fake company expecting to charge you £100 returns fee when you realise the product is not fit for purpose. Trademark for Clearlift is also owned by a different company (easy to search for on the internet) so total scammers. Avoid and save your money. Trademark theft being reported to actual owner....

Definitely a fake company! ClearLift is a real enough company offering in-salon laser treatments. If you actually look on this website, it is called creallift, it has no registered address and it's 'trust pilot reviews' is a stolen graphic, and not a real lift. The actual product itself is poor quality, clunky and frankly dodgy. While it technically flashes and might work, I would save your money and buy one from a reputable website.

I believe this to be a scam - they want £100 to return after their 90 refund guarantee. They will do anything to avoid a refund and just offer you 40% back. They only charge £5.95 postage to send out so £100 to return . I wish I looked up trustpilot before I brought . True reviews say doesn’t work . Avoid

The 100% money back guarantee is a scam. I bought their Clearlift™ - IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset with the promise of 100%, 90-day money-back guarantee. The product didn't work for me and so I reached out for a return. They told me it would cost me £100 to ship it (absolutely ridiculous - I have posted things all over the world and have NEVER paid even half that much) so they said could keep it and they would refund me 40%. I asked for them to explain how it could possibly cost anywhere near £100 to ship this item and why they would think I would want to keep a product that doesn't work - so please can I have my refund and a reasonable price for the shipping. They have not responded and it has now been a week. Awful customer service - money-back is a lie. Do not buy from this company.

Please do not think of using this company. The product does not even switch on. I asked to return it and received crazy emails clearly not from a company. It is not a UK company. Eventually they provided an address in the island of Reunion to return it! 27 Chemin des Fandamanes St Denis 97490 RE. They are misrepresenting that they have a connection with Clearlift the professional laser company. They are misrepresenting that they have a trademark (TM) sign. There is no registered trademark. So stupid to have bought from them.

Buyers beware even though there are some good reviews I feel that these are fake ones from the company please look at the website properly the trust pilot rating on there Web page is fake its just a image not a link! The item is unsafe the item is chinese with no CE mark the seller is from France I did alot of research the company doesn't exist please type in google scam website clearlift uk will prove everything

I have just received the Clearlift IPL. Claims to be UK made but ships from China. Shipping notification arrived before actual shipping dispatch. Credit card payment processed in France. No compliance notification or technical confirmation of safety is included, which is especially red-flag concerning as it is a laser-based product. Arrived well packaged but again no 'CE' or compliance on the box, manufacturer information or any expected details. There is no invoice or packing list included or any company information at all. I am highly suspicious and convinced I have been duped into buying a product that is cheaply made in China, unsafe and illegal in the UK. Website is clever marketing and does not stand up to scrutiny. WHOIS domain registration is hiding behind a privacy wall. This is not a real manufacturer. My next step before inflincting the product on any skin and risking laser burn damage is to contact trading standards for a safety check!
