This Clearlift product just does not work. I tried it for 3 months, every week. I have now asked for a refund and have been refused. Refunds are only given within 2 weeks of purchase. The poorly translated instructions advise that results may not be seen in 2 weeks so I persevered. I strongly advise against paying £179 for this product which had absolutely no results and do not profit a company who will not entertain a refund on faulty goods.

Ich wollte von der Geld Zurück Garantie gebrauch nehmen, aber darauf wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Erst nachdem ich mehrfach nachhaken musste, kamen für mich unzufriedene Antworten . Es wurde mir gesagt, wenn ich das Geld zurück erhalten möchte, müsste ich das Gerät in die Reunion auf meine Kosten schicken. Man fühlt sich verarscht.

mehrmals angeschrieben um die Ware zurückzusenden, es antwortet keiner und die Kosten werden weiter von Klara eingefordert, bloss nicht das Produkt bestellen

Ich erwarte immer noch eine Rückerstattung da ich vom Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch genommen habe da das Gerät es null funktioniert hat

The device was delivered damaged. I have repeatedly tried to contact Clearlift with evidence of the damage and as soon as I get a reply they disappear again. I've asked for a replacement and then a refund over the last 4 months and still haven't got anywhere. Do not buy. Eventually a replacement device arrived several months later. As I had asked for a refund not a replacement in my last correspondence, I contacted Clearlift again but received no response. No details were included on how to return it and I've given up trying to speak to them.

Ich habe das Gerät gekauft und monatelang benutzt. Ich habe sie bei der Anwendung stundenlang probiert. Leider kaum Ergebnisse zu sehen. Ich wollte es zurückschicken und habe die Firma angeschrieben. Seit dem antworten sie nicht mehr. Schlechter Kundemservice und kein zufriedenstellendes Gerät!

I recommend that if you have been scammed by these fraudsters you should work with your payment provider to get your money back. After returning the product (yes, to Reunion Island!) and patiently providing PayPal with ongoing information, PayPal has refunded me in full. The 'Clearlift' website is still claiming 'stock is running low - only 4 left' since three months ago. It's not a ticker, it's a pasted image.

Worst company. Totally fraudulent and any good review on here is just paid advertising I’m convinced. Crap product which is probably not even safe, would NEVER put it near me. Can’t get a refund for a never-used product as they are difficult and want me to send it to an island near Madagascar. AVOID AVOID AVOID
