We are NexGenSolarTrailers .. Our "parent" company (Kerberos) has already left a review from a previous purchase they did from Clear Channel - but wanted to jump on what Kerberos International said and say that - AGAIN - that for us at NexGen these guy's did phenomenal on another quick turnaround mission we had. And again - beating the competition - by far - in both pricing and customer service.

Timely shipping. Solar panels arrived with no sign of damage from the warehouse or during shipping. There was a small tear in cardboard cover. The last driver wasn't able to get the pallet of panels off of his truck. With short notice, we needed to find a local business with a full-size forklift with extensions that could help. And then rent a Penske truck to move the panels the last 3 miles....to unload by hand.

Ordered a pallet of commercial mods. Freight was included, but one showed up damaged and one had been removed prior to shipment from the supply warehouse, likely also due to damage based on the cardboard. Company really stepped up and did the right thing by refunding for the 2 mods. You can order stuff anywhere these days but when things don't go as planned, it shows a quality place if they do the right thing
