Cleared to DriveReviews of clearedtodrive.com

This was quick, reasonably priced, and incredibly convenient. Everyone involved was friendly and efficient, and the integration with the DMV was flawless. I did the test, had my license renewed, and had a temporary license downloaded and printed within 30 minutes.

I needed my license renewed as it had expired. I had a sudden and important work trip in which I would rent a car. I had exactly one afternoon to renew, and they were able to see me that evening. Also, i was late to the appointment and they accommodated me after they were closed! Extremely good service! It was around 5 min and they processed the eye exam information to the DMV right away. Thanks to clearedtodrive, I had my temp license around 20 min after my exam. Legit service, very kind staff, worth every penny. Many thanks!

Incredibly easy and fast service. An efficient online encounter with a friendly service manager, who was then joined by a doctor - both super professional, clear and kind. ID checked, test done, paid for and submitted to DMV in less than 10 min. They even email you a direct link to the DMV license renewal page so you dont need to google. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

As a New Yorker living overseas, Cleared to Drive made it super simple to pass my vision test and renew my license. Everything went very smoothly - the team is very professional and kind. I couldn’t be happier with the service! Highly recommended!

I self certified during the pandemic. However, I forgot to get my vision test done until NYSDMV sent me a reminder that I needed a vision test or my license would be suspended. I definitely did not want that. But I hate going to the DMV because it is never a pleasant experience. I remembered hearing about Cleared to Drive during the pandemic but I must admit I thought it was too good to be true and that it was a scam! But then I saw that Cleared to Drive is listed as one of the many NYSDMV vision test locations. I got on the Cleared to Drive website made my vision test appointment and the rest is history! They have a lot of available time slots. Once i booked my appointment they sent me a link and a reminder the day of my appointment so i could take my test. I was connected to a representative (who verified my info) and then connected to Nancy (Optician). Both were kind, respectful and very professional. The vision test was quick and stress less. Once I passed my vision test another screen popped up and I entered my payment information ($49) for the vision test. Then the screen let me know my payment was accepted and that’s it. Then I was sent an email stating that I passed and letting me know what was next and in my case I was all set. I will be recommending Cleared to Drive to all my friends and family! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I have renewed my driver license immediately. I took the vision test virtually and everything was very profesional and rapid. After I passed the test, they sent me an email with a link that took me directly to DMV website and I had just to pay the fee and fill up my identification info.

I’m someone who is on the go quite a bit. I wasn't around home and needed an eye test for my license renewal. Process was quick and easy, you just read from your phone. Then they send the info over to DMV and you’re able to renew online & it was around $50. No extra trips. 100% recommended. This was for a NYS license.

Cleared to drive was great! My results were uploaded to the DMV right away and I was able to renew my license very easily. The people were fantastic to work with as well!
