Thank you for taking the time to write this. A few points for anyone reading: Every ClearEdge service trades from its own IP address, which is yours alone. Some prop firms ask you to register the address you trade from, and trading from one they haven’t been told about can put your account at risk. Here’s how to register it: https://help.clearedge.trading/en/articles/17243678-register-your-service-address-with-your-prop-firm The automated signal providers in our marketplace are independent; they are not ClearEdge. Every strategy has losing stretches, sometimes long ones, and past results don’t promise future ones. Prop firms’ rules on following signals differ, so check your firm’s rules and look at a strategy’s full history before you subscribe. Some of the posts on our payouts page are from our own team, who use ClearEdge for their own trading. The rest come from customers. Someone else’s payout doesn’t mean you’ll get one, so read the page as examples, not a promise. You’ve subscribed, cancelled and resubscribed many times, and you’ve left us a 5-star review here on Trustpilot before, so we’d like to help you find what works for you again. Write to [email protected] and we’ll go through your account with you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback—we truly value all comments as they help us improve and support our community better. We take accusations like this very seriously and wanted to address your concerns directly. After reviewing our records, we don't have any account associated with your name/email (or the details provided in the review). We reached out privately requesting more information to better understand your experience and look into it thoroughly, but we haven't received a response yet. To clarify: ClearEdge is a legitimate automation software platform (clearedge.trading) that allows users to build, customize, and execute their own algorithmic trading strategies across supported brokers. We do not sell or provide "trading bots" that promise guaranteed profits or handle funds on behalf of users. Our platform is a tool for traders—results depend entirely on the strategies implemented, market conditions, risk management, and user configuration. We include a few starter strategies with our Elite plan to help new users get familiar with automation, along with extensive customization options. We also maintain a vetted Strategy Marketplace where third-party developers share tested strategies that users can subscribe to and adapt. Like any form of trading, there are no guarantees—losses, drawdowns, and learning curves are part of the process. That's why we emphasize education, proper position sizing, portfolio diversification, and ongoing support. We have hundreds of active users successfully running profitable automations every day, and our community (including our free Discord server) is a great place to hear real experiences directly from members. We offer unlimited 1-on-1 support calls to all members to help optimize setups and address any difficulties as some adapt slower than others to automation. If this review is based on an actual experience with our platform, please reply here or email us with your account details so we can investigate immediately and assist you personally. We're committed to helping every user succeed and would welcome the opportunity to turn this around. Trading involves risk, and automation amplifies both potential rewards and risks—education and realistic expectations are key. We stand by our product and community, and we're here to help.
