I bought over $200 of their tubes for a pool closing in 2018. Half of them failed out of box which were replaced. In Spring 2019, I removed the tubes, deflated , and stored. For 20019 pool closing, every tube failed to hold air. Emails to the company were not returned.

We searched our shipping records (yes, we have a completed database of this) and emails and found only shipping/communication from October 2018. All communication was responded as well as replacements sent in October 2018 (12 months ago) due to original issue. No other emails/communication had or have been received or sent.
