Easy to use easy to access and great service

I did have to make a phone call in regards to my policy when applying online, the system would not originally finalize the policy agreement, The representative made it a very easy phone call. The company saved me approximately $28 a month so in a 6 month policy period $168 total savings. I have full coverage also on my vehicle. I am waiting for the 1st payment to come out of my account electronically, hoping that goes smoothly. The only things that is kind of an issue is when printing out your ID cards it doesn't give specific information on your policy number and who to call if you required assistance, and when it prints out of your computer it is quite large in size. I know there is a phone app but that really isn't much help if you have an accident. Just my observation. Wish it was in a format that you can place in your vehicle for identification more easily. Showing a police officer if required in an App is not the best decision making on the companies part.

Best of all my phone call to sign up took a few minutes not an hour on hold like my prior company. When I get my next car, its clearcover all the way I even tell people I meet at the new car dealer, and they too are impressed.
