So far so good. Sign up was super easy. Clear communication with set up. Good phone app. I have not needed to reach out to customer service (fingers crossed). Like I said at the beginning, up until this I have been with Clearcover and so far have all positives with the company.

the premise behind Clearcover in the marketplace for auto insurance - as stated by them, is that there are numerous layers of marketing, advertising, unnecessary administrative costs that all contribute to premiums being much more expensive than they need to be. And that assessment is correct. The bedrock of coverage is a well rated underwriter and you get that with Clearcover. But this option is for people who are willing to manage their insurance through a mobile app primarily. That said, I had some questions that needed a phone contact and they did a terrific job with that. You can save a lot of money without sacrificing the essentials and the service. The mobile app is really a good one, too.

Clearcover has been extremely great! Unfortunately a few months after I signed up, someone hit my spouses car that was parked in the street. I immediately called Clearcover and they were able to resolve the issue and I was able to get my vehicle repaired! It was very quick and I was shocked how actively responsive they were! I had eSurance previously and they took weeks to get back even after calling back several times! I was with eSurance for more than 15 years. I was extremely hesitant to switch to ClearCover, since there isn’t any brand presence. But I am extremely satisfied of the service they’ve provided, more emphasis on how active they were! I am happy to know that my vehicles are covered!!!
