I've had a really positive experience with Clearcover. It was super easy to sign up online, they have a great app which makes it even easier to get my id card, also I saved a bunch of money switching! I haven't had to use their claims process but it's all online as well so super helpful!

I got into an accident about a month ago. I had Clearcover insurance but OBVIOUSLY all of us hope we will never need to use the insurance. I selected Clearcover because it had the lowest price for the highest coverage, but in the moment I was scared that the cheap price would mean mediocre service now that I actually needed to use it. This was not helped by the angry reviews leaving 0/5 stars and I told myself that if they handled my claim properly, I would leave a review. Here I am, and let me tell you they handled my claim exactly as expected. My car got T-boned and the driver side bag deployed. I was very upset that I could not call a real life human being to report my claim because it was a Saturday and needed to submit the claim via my app. However, true to their word, Monday morning I heard back from my representative from the Littleton Group, Alex. He answered all my questions and explained every detail of the claim process. My car (Honda Accord Crosstour 2011 so not exactly a high value vehicle) was deemed a total loss and they issued a check in a timely manner which helped tremendously in replacing my car. The insurance did what I needed it to do, and I have confidence that if, God forbid, I get into another accident, Clearcover will be able to handle it.

I've only just started with Clearcover, so this review could change in a heartbeat. I used to have Progressive and ended up switching due to the fact that my rates were constantly going up despite me having a 'Diamond Member' status with them. I found myself adjusting my deductibles higher and higher just to afford my insurance payments. Then I found Clearcover and their rates were almost HALF of what Progressive was offering me. Applying online was super easy and I had my quote within minutes. I went ahead and paid for my new policy and it started the same day. They send you a link in your email to activate your account, you download the app and you're ready to go! I had a small issue where I forgot to include an excluded driver and discovered that I was unable to alter that through the app like I used to do with Progressive. I ended up using their chat feature to reach out to one of their customer service reps who walked me through adding the excluded driver to my policy. He sent me an email with a document attached that I had to electronically sign and my excluded driver was added onto my policy same day. Hopefully I'll never have to use them to file a claim, but if I do I'll be sure to upload a review stating how that went.

I am a new cluent of Clearcover as I was a member of USAA for over 30 years and insured my home and autos with this exclusive company until two months ago when they screwed up my auto premium. I am ex military but found USAA to be drifting away from its commitment of excellence in the last four years. There's been a myriad of people leaving USAA over the years because of this. Clearcover was $30 cheaper with better coverage than I previously had. That's a savings of over $360 a year-a dollar a day!
