They sell a retainer as a night guard. A night guard’s outside edge is flat where a retainer’s outside edge has teeth imprints. As a result when going your teeth it does not glide. I have cracked teeth because of this. They are lucky I’m not suing them for malpractice. Do yourself and your teeth a favor and buy your night guard from a dentist.

I ordered two night guards 6 months apart without renewal. I got two of them and recently I saw a charge for another $65 for another shipped night guard. Of course there is no return policy, no notification that any thing will be coming, and no way to cancel on their website. Just pay a little more and go to the dentist. In the end I would have paid the same amout.

I first used Clear Club years ago and it was initially satisfied. However, I needed a new night guard after some major dental work and my experience recently has been horrific. After submitting photos of the impression made, they kept getting rejected. Then Clear Club charged my $30 for an impression kit, and that got rejected. When I requested a refund, I was offered a "complimentary No Stress" impression kit for free. Why wasn't I offered that after the first rejected impression? When I asked for a full refund, I was referred to a link for "Terms and Condition. Awful customer service!

I have done 3 impressions with Clear Club and all three were rejected by the "technician". The first two are included in the $190 price. Each one after that is another $30. Now I must pay another $30 for another impression and that might also be rejected. Cha Ching! I think this is a scam!

They will charge you for mouth guards they don’t send you and then not refund you. They charged me for my first one before I even got a successful impression done. I emailed them about it and they refused to refund me and then continued to charge me for renewals they never made. They also refused to refund the renewals. I tried to cancel back in December of last year and they just snoozed the renewal for 9 months and charged me this month (but still haven’t sent me anything because they say they can’t get a successful impression). They don’t have a phone number you can call for customer service. I predict a class action lawsuit in their future.

These guys are a scam. They make up reasons why your mold doesn't work until you "run out" of free molds. Also they refuse to give a refund. If you bought from them try to do a chargeback on your cc provider.

This company is a scam.

They take forever to send things, then reject all your impressions so they can charge you more money for a replacement impression kit. Then it you try and cancel they will say its past the 30days since THEY took forever to send things and ate up the time for a refund. So you have no other choice but to pay additional money to even get your first mouth guard
