Ladies and Gentlemen,

Ladies and Gentlemen, This website is totally a scam. The price they show on their price list is not what you pay. They add VAT on each line of services, then they add all together on the bottom line and charges VAT again on the total sum. So for express fast service you are paying more than 150 GBP and still I haven’t received my basic DBS check certificate. The price they show is 21 GBP + 47 GBP for express service but with VAT added it will cross 110 GBP, then they say we need to verify the certificate and identification again which cost extra 15 GBP and they recommend their own associated website who provides that service. But here comes the twist, it failed to recognise your documents and identification on some stupid reason which doesn’t make any sense and it is not clear enough why they didn’t verify. When you raise a ticket about the issue, they just say we didn’t receive the verification certificate, so promt you to pay extra 15 GBP to unrecognise your documents like passport and proof of address again. And the process reapeat again costing you time and money. I used GOV.UK, paid 21 GBP and decided to wait for 3-7 days but to my surprise I received online certificate within 12 hour. I was so regretful about wasting my hard earned money and my valuable time and energy. Hope my message spreads around. I am writing this review from bottom of my heart with sad face.
