Beware of this company
Beware of this company! They can approved you with the amount you requested, once you swiped it. You are committed to pay in full of the amount you have requested and not based on what you have used. Then when you're trying to reach out to them with proof of hard copy showing them that you did not used the full amount, they will ignored your email for couple days. IF you're lucky, they will respond with excuses stating - "they are having technical issues and will resolve as soon as possible. You will never hear back from them and then, they will transferred you to another department that doesn't know what is going on. Be smart and wise about it. Example: You could be asking $10,000 and used only $2000. Well your payback is $10,000 regardless and it will show on your external statement of Clearbanc that you owed 10,000 plus the interest fee and not $2000 you have used!

Hey Connie, I'm so sorry you had a frustrating experience with us. Based on your feedback, it seems clear our team failed to properly communicate how our repayment structure works. We don’t require the full advance amount to be paid upfront once your advance is activated. Instead, we take a % of your businesses’ sales- invoicing and debiting your account based on the remittance rate you agreed to when selecting your offer, until your advance + flat fee is fully paid off. That being said, this type of feedback is alarming to see and we'd love the opportunity to discuss further, so we can better train our reps to ensure this situation does not repeat itself. Would you be open to leaving your email address so we can investigate? Best, Jei
