Works fine now i have modified the length of the internal tube so it doesn't keeps sticking to the inside of the water container. I imagine the warranty is now void but it was no good the way it was so i had to take drastic action. You think this would have been picked up in the design stage. Tube just pulls off and i trimmed with scissors until it worked correctly.

I love my CLEANUX unit! It is easy to use, easy to clean. It helps flush allergens out of my sinuses during pollen season, along with indoor allergens like dust and pet dander. I use it every day and since I bought it, I have not had any issues with congestion or infection. I would recommend it to anyone!
