They are not paying people , they keep saying billing team . How can the new system be worse than the new one . I did a cleaning Oct 26th and still not have got paid .

If you’re thinking about using the Cleanster app, here’s a heads-up. The CEO, Gloria Oppong, runs things in a way that raises some red flags. They have cleaners showing up higher on the rating system and claiming they’ve done multiple cleanings. But when I spoke to one cleaner in person, they told me it was actually their first job. I’ve got screenshots and everything. That’s just the start, though. Cleaners don’t usually show up on time, are often late, cancel within two hours of the appointment, or just don’t respond at all. The quality is pretty low too, especially considering they charge around $35 an hour. They say the cleaners are thoroughly vetted, but that’s questionable—sometimes they send a replacement who doesn’t even match the profile picture. Oh, and if you ask for a refund, they’ll only give you credits, not an actual refund to your payment method, even if you request it. Overall, I’d steer clear of this company.

Don’t use this App is a Scam the Rip people off by having you complete the Job but they never pay you This what I sent them I'm sending my complaint to the Better Business Bureau because you have said that you Missed but actually your company is a Fraud you have done this many times before and this must be stopped you can not have people do work and then not pay them . I have all the photos and the address of the property I worked at. I will also be reaching out to him to let him know that this company did not pay me for the work we did maybe he should know that you a bunch of of scammers.

Awful. Overpriced, dishonest, poor quality.

I am working with Cleanster from last few months and having almost no issues. However, in last month, I have cleaned a Airbnb from this application but I didn’t get any payment from application. And application shows me that they already paid me for job. I tried to contact to the person regarding this issue but they are not answering my calls now and even not giving any answer on email or sms. I just want to suggest every user of this application to be aware of this application.

Did back ground report and have been waiting 3 weeks for them to review it waisted my time and money

I recently signed up and completed one job two weeks ago. I have yet to be paid. My receive date was June 19th today is the 23rd. Won’t do another job ever. Emailed customer service three times with no response
