Disappointed I won’t January 17,2022 but my avocado prize never come:)

If I could give it zero stars I would. This game is a total scam! Played first game and won 3 Hello Kitty plush in a single grab. Paid for VIP subscription and bought $25.00 worth of coins to play more games. Claw is rigged so loose that it drops prizes most of time. Video glitches and sometimes you cant see game but claw has moved so you lose coins. Then you have some China mf er moving items with his hand while you are playing so you lose game and the coins you spent real money on! My first package arrived 2 months later with only 1 Hello Kitty plush. I won 3! All games are recorded. Contacted support and they gave me some BS about video not showing in their database after 30 days even though I still have the video right here on my app. They refuse to send my other 2 Hello Kitty plush. Won stickers and tiny avocado plush also arrived 2 months later. Last straw for me was when I won these 2 yellow duck plush and 30 days later I still have no tracking number for my package! Contacted support multiple times and still no tracking for package. Don't waste your time on this game and give these Chinese thieves your money!

I've won a few prizes, but not only do they take a long time to ship, they are ridiculously hard to get. One game can cost a range of 200 to 2000 coins, and that's only for ONE try. You do not get a refund if you fail. Also, you maybe only get 40-100 coins per day for free without paying any money. Not only are the games expensive, but the claws just plain suck. Sometimes the claw won't even close around the object, it will start closing as the claw begins to go back up...so it's just rigged. If you do manage to get an object into the claw, it's likely to drop as soon as it goes back up or even halfway just because the grip strength of the claw is like a baby trying to pick up a brick. Maybe if it actually gripped the object you would be able to win more, but the way it is, it just sucks. I'd suggest browsing for things and buying them off of Amazon or eBay instead. It's cheaper, trust me.

Well I have seen so many bad reviews and well I did win a rainbow lama but I immediately deleted the app because I didn’t think I was actually going to get it because I was really nervous because I seen the reviews and it seemed like a very very very bad app people are saying that’s a scam and I believe them videos saying that stuff is overpriced but you will eventually get it and if you don’t it’s definitely a scam so yeah I do not recommend download it goes I would also give it a zero star review if I can but I can’t so do not download even if you win I’m pretty sure they won’t even send it to you it will just take your money so yeah go to Amazon they probably have what you’re looking for and probably from much for much Cheaper

Expensive SCAM! costs too much money the cheap prizes are way over priced! & the claws are made not to grab anything! you can play without paying anything just collect free coins everyday long & tedious but if you like this type of game my advice is to stick to free coins

Wish I could give ZERO stars than ONE Seriously this game is rigged! Customer service is horrible even when they admit it was clawee in the wrong and don't want to make it right after playing a 2100 coin machine 12 times in a row that hadn't been won In 8 hrs only for an employee to be by and put the machine in maintenance then when it pops back on its been automatically won! Save your money and buy what prize you want from Amazon! So much cheaper and no going back and forth with employee's that are no help at all and that don't want to make it right even tho they have admitted they were in the wrong. This hasn't been my only issue. I've had several! Now they won't even email me back about this situation! What great customer service!

they lie to their customers. promise a free product yet when u got to send it u got to pay 7.99$. i own multiple businesses and send thousands across the USA and one i know a item that size and being untracked costs usually 1-3$ if that. the rest is pure profit. they're lying to their customers to make more sales. garbage company and strategy . ontop of that it takes 8-9 weeks to even get it if it even shows up which usually doesn't. they also write themselves good reviews on their facebook. terrible company never would recommend using a company like this. lying, stealing, how much more unethical can you get
