Same issues as many here. Purchased shipping for items I won and tracking has errored with no response from customer service. I’ve reached out to all the emails I have for them, their insta, Facebook page and Messenger with no response. It’s like the ignore messages about money spent and items not received.

I've been ignored by clawee since August. I keep sending emails, they keep ignoring them. I wrote a bad review on the plat store, and they told me to email store clawee.com and they would get my issue dealt with and days went by, no reply. So I changed my review again. Same thing, they said they would resolve my issue and I'm still being ignored. The app was great when I started playing a couple years ago. So few problems. Now there are technical errors, shipping errors, and the hardest thing that I've ever tried to get resolved is getting a replacement for a prize that I got that didn't work. They said they would send a replacement on August 15th 2024 and I haven't heard back from them and it's November. I dint know if they blocked me or are choosing to ignore me, as none of my support requests get any attention now but I pay for the clawee club membership monthly so you'd figure they'd actually value someone who subscribes every month, but no. The most I've got recently is empty promises of help from whoever replies to their play store reviews.

This used to be my absolutely favorite game to play... quality, reliable on time prizes. You could rely on them to deliver, no bait and switch. I'm sorry to say this but over the years it has been severely deteriorating in all those and more. I am on the SuperStars level tier of player, I can tell you they have drastically changed, we barely and I mean compared to the benefits it used to promise it's not worth it don't bother. Well anyways, back to the tea, If you somehow now manage to actually receive your prize after months, and I mean months of waiting, you better hope it isn't broke because you're in for a treat with their "normal customer service", let alone the supposed special team in the top tier. I have to record me opening everything, I actually have had to throw away bedding and hire help for my carpet due to a "glass plasma ball" shipped to me with no protection. The larger glass cut my hands, the dusty glass I just couldn't no matter how hard I tried get rid of. I'm disabled upon sending video, pictures etc nothing, here is free rounds, no sorry you had to pay for cleaning, no sorry you had to throw away bedding since no cleaning got rid of it, SORRY FOR YOUR CUTS!!!! But that's if you are lucky enough to get your package. OH ❤️ and they just secretly DOUBLED the membership, mind you I paid for lifetime free shipping which they also are trying to find a way outta. Then you have to win first y'all.... to face this, so 😉 enjoy. DON'T USE will not be in business much longer.

There's a lot to go wrong here with clawee app . configurations are poor and best feedback you'll received is a texts that don't go to reach an agreement.im very unsatisfied of this game it's costing more than I buy out .clearly I spenting twice more than what I'm getting .it's sad to try at this point they such poor reassure over this conflict to they give out such few support .it makes worst you get a chance at 6 prizes the keys are more of ripped off to take part of .one month I spent 50 dollars but then only got one prize .another time just the same amount it was a huge lost .best thing left was a not ensure response whivh left me disappointing.the thing with keys though you have alot of chances but shipping is ridiculous.you buy product only to get more delay time on it .how is this game still making business .you get far less buying it on Amazon but the end factor there's few chance .in clawee it's as if your playing to lose more than you actually streak a cause .yea put so much effort in the game they give out such few coins that don't prioritize you for a win.look through refunds for footage mistakes you cleared out only for a ridiculous refund on how much you spent on it .it's worth is regretful to sight itself on their opinions are usually trash and they give such bad experiences on their way of promoting the site app.

It has been around 2 months since purchasing Clawee things but I haven't gotten any of my prizes and customer support is a joke ...

This is disappointing here with what I could hold a tournament but the prize for that only gives 800 coins .that isn't worth a dollar that's no pride for appreciation in that .you win first place but there's no ownership in that .it upsets to realized it's not good in a way .but they only have losses more than they do have wins .biggest complaint with this company is that they don't ensure warranty on their products .if gets stolen we didn't get enough out of it .knowing how much we got out of it .you lose out more than actually win .you spent 100 dollars but only get a refund for compensating 5 bucks that's really bad .knowing every time gets stolen you get only 5 bucks worth of coins .if you play you know experience that's not enough for a claim.depending on how much you win fir grabs isn't solely worth the time if don't get more.you get prizes you only pay for but isn't entirely enough.coping that you get only get 8 prizes to win first place but no status for it knowing you spent ,150 bucks .depending how long it ships that's doesn't include shipping cost .when prizes usually amount 15 retail price only once in a while they giveout 10 bucks for a lose prize that got stolen.

Won a free game, click to play says try another machine then the free game was gone. I tried to contact support, they keep going back and forth on email telling me to send a video and showing me how and there is nothing there to send. The shipping is ridiculous. Who will spend at least $10 to ship a 50 cent toy. Liked them before but now they are greedy and do not help

After been scammed by these myself and reading plenty reviews it’s a surprise this company can still actually run,my problem came with the usual shipping problem I think in total I spent around 30 pound in this I won around 6 items 4 being cheap tat key rings and fake tiny Pokémon plushies ,I received these within the 8 weeks as stated but the 2 higher value items I won which in reality cost 15 pound of Amazon pikachu light and a 2 pound squishy unicorn still haven’t even been shipped over 8 weeks it has taking to get a email to say your products will be shipped in the next couple of days this was a few weeks ago and still nothing so got the point after reading these reviews there not going to come ,seems there open to ship cheap items which I’m reality cost nothing ,but the pricey items youl never see,also experienced machines going into maintenance when picking items up ,also have a video where I won even though a person tampered with the prizes right as the claw dropped (through a load of teddies in as the claw was dropping )please don’t waste your money and if you want a prize that bad just purchase it on another site as atleast your guaranteed your item to come
