It’s sad to see more negative written reviews on this company after I had stopped purchasing from this website a few years ago. I had ordered the classic Betty and the V bangs and unfortunately was not pleased with either one of them even for the amount I had to pay for it. The bangs when I did it as the video shows on YouTube, are just extremely bulky looking. For my v bangs, the top of the bang where the middle part is at was extremely higher than the rest when layer flat. I flat ironed as much as I could and nothing. Honestly she’s doing the best she could and I didn’t want to bother with getting a refund because I didn’t want to have a hassle for myself since I’ve seen quite a few people had issues with their products during that year of me ordering
