I would not encourage anyone to order from this company. The low rated third-party vendor, picturesongold.com, made my ring with low quality metal that caused me to broke out. Now they want me to lose 30% of my money for their poor quality in order to return it. Order id: #848490. I returned the ring but they haven't give me credit for my return. I am being looped through AI Florence again after giving it the CRS 848490-50389-Return number.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They try to make their website LOOK like you're getting the same quality sturdy class ring as most other companies make. YOU ARE NOT. You're getting a cheap VERY CHEAP stamped metal temu quality or less ring that is hollow inside, the stones are held in with tiny metal tabs. And shakes and hot can hear it move. My sons came bent. He never even wore it, I took it out the box from the mail and it looked like this. They will be refunding me 100% I promise you that. Their website says they take a 30% remelting fee. NO THE HECK THEY AREN'T. They sent me cheap damaged BS I paid $30 extra for my sons size and it looks like this. That's why I paid with the card I paid with. They will refund me 100% or I will file a chargeback with my card company based on the fact that they misled what they were selling and sent me something that no where near what I expected. And it was damaged. CHEAP CHEAP. The turnaround time is fast because it's GARBAGE.

I made the mistake of purchasing my grandsons class ring from this company it tarnished and turned his finger green I contacted them and they instructed me to send it the ring back and they would correct the issue they polished it and sent it back and it tarnished and turned his finger green again so I contacted them once more and told them I wanted a refund they instructed me to send the ring back to get my refund I did as instructed and instead of a refund they offered me a gift card. I'm a elderly woman taking care of my grandson on my own I don't want a gift card for a company that I no longer trust. I need my money back so I can purchase his ring from a reputable company that stands behind the quality of their products. It's been weeks and I haven't heard anything from this company they are nothing but thieves that steal from the customers who are unfortunate enough to have ordered from them. They need to be shut down. I ask that anyone else who has had a problem with this company to please contact me

If I could give this company a less than one star rating, I would. Stone was wrong color; script was upside down and not legible. No one answers customer service line. Filed a complaint! Do not use this company! Complete scammers!

Very Low quality made class ring, The so called stone looks like horrible carnival glass... no starburst effect at all like shown on their website. The metal feels like aluminum or pot metal finished ring has pock mark hole in it. The text looks terrible doesn't have good defined edges. There was Glue all around the so called stone rough hammer marks where the so called metal was folded over to hold the dead carnival glass in. Lastly the text spelling out my name inside the band was poorly done! WARNING DO NOTUSE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered the ring in time for graduation. The ring was poorly made it was embarrassing for me to give to my grandson. I had paid extra to have it sized and it was made a size smaller. The ring was full of flaws and some of the icons were only partially there . A hole was in the band itself. I reached out to class rings and returned the ring. They refused to waive the remelting fee . The entire thing was their fault yet I was charged.

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T DELIVER!! They lie. They do not ship out within a week. I've had zero communication from them and that's because I spent over $700. They happily ran my card for the amount and have not delivered anything. It's been weeks. I've called everyday and no one can tell me anything. Finally when they said it was being shipped overnight I got a tracking number, my order is going to the wrong state! I now have seniors not receiving rings for their time invested at our school. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but now I know firsthand that these people are scammers. They stole an extra $100 from me because I accidentally selected the wrong size; I notified them just seconds later, but it turns out they had already started working on it—which is why they charged me the extra $100. To make matters worse, it has already been a week, and there are absolutely no updates. I hope the authorities shut down this shady company. I’m sure my ring will eventually arrive—probably in a month—and be of poor quality. But I’m warning them right now: I will return it, and they had better give me my $400.00 back.
