I don’t understand the bad reviews? I literally had the best customer service experience buying from them! Yes it took a little time to arrive but it is mentioned in the website when you buy the item. So it’s wierd people write bad stuff about delivery when it is literally mentioned on the website?! Also the two bags i bought is fricking gorgeous and I got a discount. I def recommend 😌
