Great experience! Took time to get the order correct!

I ordered 3 day shipping and paid for it. I obviously had a reason behind the 3 day. On the 3rd day when I hadn't received it I called and was told that the 3 day shipping was just a possibility. The customer service was not goof nor polite! I finally received my package after 6 days! Being a first time customer this didn't make a good impression on me will find another place for my money to go to.

I've ordered my husband's straight blade and safety razor from this sight and they have been amazing. Recently, I ordered him a new shaving bowl. It took only two days to deliver, but it looked like a truck ran over it. After contacting the company, they sent one out as soon as possible. I received the cup my husband wanted in perfect condition. The customer service is amazing and hilarious as well. They really know how to treat their customers, especially around the crazy holiday times. I will definitely buy from them again and I always recommend them to friends and family.

I recently placed an order, and was amazed at how fast I received it. I am living overseas and recieved my order in less than a week! Most other companies take at least twice as long for orders to arrive. All this, and the shaving soaps feel and smell great.

I only wished the package I ordered would have included the stand to hold the razor & brush. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase.

All of the items that I had placed on order came in on time and the package was good and sturdy
