I ordered a vintage razor and a few days later they contacted me saying it was out of stock. They offered a more expensive razor for an additional cost, and when I declined tried to pass of a razor that had different specs as being a close match. We eventually came to agreement and I accepted the lower value razor and a refund of the cost difference. The substitution razor arrived in an unhoned condition and is not shave-ready as the others were advertised. This also delayed the order over a week.

I have been shopping with ClassicShaving.com for years now when I first decided to try shaving with shaving soap some years ago. I found that I can get a closer shave than I could using a razor with more than 2 blades and gel type shaving cream. I plan on shopping with them as long as they are in business.

The products themselves are as good as expected from top notch brand names. Never had to exercise their customer service as I have never had any issues.
